Scholarship Application

PlainsWest CASA and the Lori Bartling Memorial Fund will be offering scholarships for education and job training (for general use of education needs, including tuition, books, computer, housing, etc.) for youth who received foster care, guardianship, or adoption services in Cheyenne, Kimball, or Deuel Counties in Nebraska.


Deadline: Submit completed applications to PlainsWest CASA via email to director@plainswestcasa.org on or before May 1st annually.
